The Sustainable Growth Fellowship is our flagship program placing talented professionals inside high-impact Tanzanian businesses for 12 to 24 months. Fellows work directly with companies tackling real-world challenges in sustainable broad-based economic growth – from building cocoa processing facilities and scaling carbon sequestration initiatives to strengthening honey value chains and conserving biodiversity.
